Customers can choose a Shared Data Tariff with a smartphone, BIS or an iPhone, but not BES. They're also not compatible with BlackBerry Daily and Monthly roaming tariffs,
Best for Business Pay as You Use and Mobile Extension.
Customers cannot have shared and individual data allowances on the same mobile.
Customers can have a mix of shared and individual data allowances across their account, but they can't have more than one Shared Data Tariff.
Shared Data Tariffs must be taken with a voice tariff. They're not available as Data Only or with Mobile Broadband dongles/Data Cards.

International Services

My Europe Extra

When travelling in the EU all incoming calls are free of charge. Calls to the UK, and to most European countries are reduced to just 21p per minute.

My Europe Extra includes countries: Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Faroe Islands, France, Germany, Greece, Guernsey, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Isle of Man, Jersey, Kosova, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Protugal, Romania, San Marino, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden, & Switzerland. All prices shown are per minute and exclude VAT.
*Subject to an overall cap of 1000 minutes per month applies for all calls made and received.

International Traveller Service (included with all business tariffs)

Calls made in Western Europe, minimum duration is 30 seconds, then charged in 1 second increments then rounded up to nearest penny. For calls made elsewhere the minimum duration is 1 minute then charged in 15 second increments.

All calls received while abroad are charged in 1 second increments, rounded up to nearest penny.

International Favourites

A new solution that delivers affordable and convenient international calling for business customers.

For both options the user also receives 1 inbound “Call Me” number to be given to as many people as they like within their chosen Country for them to receive calls. Those in that Country are then only being charged the cost of a call to a National number, rather than to an international mobile. For applicable Countries, please ask for details.

O2 Ireland

With o2 Ireland Bolt-on all calls made within Southern Ireland and back to the UK from there will be at a discounted rate. Pay just 21.3ppm to make a calland just 15ppm to receive a call.

Using Data Abroad

For the above rates, this will be capped at £34.04. Once the user reaches 50MB they will be advised to move to a higher pay charge or service will be reduced.
The next banding is £102.13 for 40MB in the EU & 20MB for rest of the World.
