My O2 Business
My O2 Business is the new easy-to-use online billing portal from O2. It is replacing the older Bill Analyser and Bill Manager and, whilst encompassing features from the old systems, includes many exciting new tools. This allows you to both micro- and macro-manage your account by looking at just one number or the whole account.
On MyO2Business you are able to:
- Generate a multitude of detailed reports including, but not limited to, spend breakdowns, which numbers you call the most, what types of calls you make. These are available as PDFs or CSVs. You can even create your own.
- View, download or email both billed and unbilled call usage – allowing you to see who's calling who, when and where
- Secure profile driven access and administration
- View, download and print VAT compliant bills
- Call Tagging
- Send Text Messages to numbers on your account
